Our Mission is to empower individuals both personally and professionally by celebrating accomplishments no matter how major the accomplishment or the benchmarks that are yet to come. Offering education to meet individuals where they are in their journeys. To ensure that minorities receive the best information and guidance to make the most informed decisions possible. Greatly increasing their chances for prosperity and breaking generational curses, opening future paths to becoming successful adults and members of society.

My ancestor’s dream is a non profit that was founded by someone who felt like she’d done everything right and followed the typical life blueprint for success at that time and at the end of the journey was riddled with student loan debt, underemployed, and miserable and vowed to change the blueprint for those who come up after her to ensure they could choose a path forward that combined happiness and sustainability financially.

All of the proceeds go towards running the organization, putting on events, and ensuring our mission is carried out AND NOT for making a profit.
